The NIT working group is located in building 09.
Travelling by train
Building 9 is located near Universitätsplatz. You can reach it from the main railway station by tram. From the stops ‘Verkehrsbetriebe’ in Otto-von-Guericke-Straße or ‘City Carré’ in Ernst-Reuter-Allee, please take line 10 to the zoo or Barleber See. At the Opernhaus stop, change to line 2 in the direction of Alte Neustadt. Then get off at the University Library stop.

Travelling by car
- via the A2 (coming from Berlin or Hannover), take exit 70 "Magdeburg Zentrum" onto the Magdeburger Ring (E49/B189) heading south, then take the exit "Albert-Vater-Straße" onto the B1 heading east until you reach Universitätsplatz (large roundabout).
- via the A14 (coming from Halle/Leipzig), take exit 105 "Magdeburg Sudenburg, Zentrum" onto the Magdeburger Ring (B81/B71) heading north, then take the exit "Albert-Vater-Straße" (Helmstedt, Dessau, Burg, Zentrum, Olvenstedt) onto the B1 towards "Dessau, Burg, Zentrum" (east) until you reach Universitätsplatz (large roundabout).
- via the B1 coming from the west until Universitätsplatz (large roundabout), do not drive through the tunnel, take 3/4 of the roundabout and turn into "Gareisstraße", then at the first traffic light turn right into "Henning-von Tresckow-Str.", the first entrance on the right leads directly to Building 9 on the university campus.
- if you are coming via the B1 from the east (Dessau, Burg), cross both Elbe bridges and take the first exit at the Universitätsplatz roundabout (Gareisstraße). At the first traffic light turn right into "Henning-von Tresckow-Str.", the first entrance on the right leads directly to Building 9 on the university campus.
